OCDSB launches Report Card Portal

Report cards will be available to parents on June 24, 2020, for elementary students and July 3, 2020, for secondary students through a secure online Report Card Portal. Parents will be able to login and see their child’s report card.

In order to access report cards, parents need to register online by June 24, 2020. For detailed instructions and additional information, please follow this link.

Information Parents Need to Register

To register, parents will need the following information:

  • Email address of Parent/Guardian/Contact

  • First name of Parent/Guardian/Contact

  • Last name of Parent/Guardian/Contact

  • House Number - the number in the home address of the youngest child registered in an OCDSB school

  • Birthdate of the youngest child in the family who is registered in an OCDSB school

Important: The information entered must match what is recorded at the student’s school. If parents are having any difficulties registering, they can email [email protected] or call 613 596-8738 and the OCDSB can help to verify the information required in order to create the account (e.g. email address, spelling etc).

Parents only need to register once, even if they have more than one child in the OCDSB. Their secure account will give them access to all of their children's report card data.

Alternative Report Cards

For students with alternative learning expectations documented in their Individual Education Plan (IEP), an Alternative Report Card will be issued along with the provincial report card.

The student’s Alternative Report Card will be sent to parents by email on June 24th, 2020 – the same day that the elementary provincial report card will be made available on the portal.
