September 5 to September 17, 2023: Facilities are not available for Community Use
September 5, 2023: Community Use opens for New clients to submit permits requests for 2023-2024 school year
September 18, 2023: Community Use begins for the 2023-2024 school year
October 7- 9, 2023: Thanksgiving weekend (All Facilities Closed)
October 31, 2023: Sports fields and Ball Diamonds close for the Season
December 23, 2023 to January 7, 2024: Winter Break (All Facilities Closed)
January 15, 2024: Accepting March Break Permit Requests
January 15, 2024: Accepting Spring 2024 Sports Fields and Ball Diamond Requests
February 18-20, 2024: Family Day Weekend (All Facilities Closed)
February 16, 2024: Deadline for 2024 March Break Permit Requests
March 1, 2024: Deadline for 2024 Sports Field & Ball Diamond Permit Requests
March 4, 2024: Accepting 2024 Summer Permit Requests
(Community Use Rentals in the summer are available on weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm only.

May 31, 2024: Last day for Community Use Rentals for the 2023-2024 school year (No Community Use Rentals in June)
July 1, 2024: Canada Day (All Facilities Closed)
July 2, 2024: Community Use opens for 2024 Summer Rentals
July 8, 2024: Community Use opens for historic clients who had permits in 2023-2024 to submit renewal
permit requests for the 2024-2025 school year
July 9, 2024: Accepting Fall 2024 Sports Field and Ball Diamond Permit Requests
August 16, 2024: Last day for Community Use Rentals for Summer 2024
