COVID-19 Information

It takes a community to keep our schools safe. Together, we must all do our part to stay healthy - at school and beyond.

The Ministry of Education has updated COVID-19 protocols to support safe in-person learning for the 2022-23 school year.

Ottawa Public Health is the lead health agency in Ottawa, responsible for managing COVID-19 cases, including providing guidance to schools on confirming and controlling outbreaks.

Visit the Ottawa Public Health COVID-19 page for information about COVID-19 isolation requirements, vaccines, testing and other guidelines.

For the most up-to-date information about coronavirus, parents/guardians should consult the Ministry of Health’s website.

For information about travel during COVID-19, please visit the federal government website.
