Students New to the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board
Students new to the OCDSB who wish to register at South Carleton must complete the following forms:
Please email Cara Fauser for more information regarding registration. These documents may be required to register:
- proof of address (property tax bill, assessment notice, purchase of sale agreement, or rental agreement); and
- a minimum of two other forms of identification that include the address and the guardian’s name (which may include the previous list as well as utility bills); and
- copy of Canadian Birth Certificate, Passport, or Permanent Resident documentation.

Returning Students in Grades 9 to 11
Guidance counsellors will hold information sessions for all grade 9 - 11 classes from February 7-14, 2020. Below are the presentations that were shown during the information sessions.
Returning students will register for their courses via the Student Portal using
Career Cruising. Login using your OCDSB email address and password. Career Cruising will be open for registration beginning February 14. The deadline to complete your online registration is Monday, February 24, 2020.

Grade 12 Students
Any grade 12 student wishing to return to South Carleton for a victory lap must complete the Request to Return form new and return it to Guidance by February 24, 2020.
