Transition Resource Guide - Compiled by Queen's University, this guide for students with disabilities explains a student’s rights and responsibilities, describes the differences between services at high school and post-secondary, and provides tips for being a self-advocate. It also has information specific to each post-secondary institution, including contact information for accessibility offices, available services, required documentation, and links to programs and scholarship information.

The Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL) at Algonquin College will be hosting virtual open house info sessions during the month of February and March. We are also hosting on-campus drop-in sessions for students and their family members during the March Break.

Don’t delay in learning more about academic accommodations at the college level. Students, family members, and teachers are encouraged to attend!
