The primary focus of our Foods program is to introduce students to healthy and affordable food choices. Our well-equipped practice kitchens provide students with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge, practice their skills, and taste the results!

Our Foods classes have provided food for luncheons, parties, and fundraisers here at the school. The summative assignment for the grade 10 course involves planning and preparing a three course meal at home. In grade 11, students plan and prepare a meal from specific cuisine for a small group of teachers, including appropriate ambience.

The grade 10 Food and Nutrition course is offered in both French and English, while the grade 11 Food and Culture course is only offered in English at this time.
